We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was very near to the city centre and surrounded by many delicious eateries. Also, the hotel facilities such as the rooftop view and comfortable rooms were impeccable. In addition, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant.

This hotel's central location puts you just minutes away from great shopping, restaurants and beautiful bridges. We were pleasantly surprised when offered complimentary transportation to the airport. Our room was clean, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom amenities. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of Vietnamese and western foods. The rooftop pool and spa was a great place to relax with spectacular views of the city and beach. Staff was attentive, especially Hana and Mina who helped us with various needs.

The hotel could improve with clearer communication about what's included in the "mini-bar" and detailed price-lists.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to Han Market and plenty of local eateries nearby. We also loved being close to the river, where we could find both delicious local dishes and Western cuisine. The staff at this place were extremely kind and provided excellent service. We were even given complimentary transport to the airport, which was a nice bonus. The room amenities were top-notch, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The wi-fi in the rooms was reliable, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The staff at the front office were incredibly hospitable and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. we had a fantastic time here.

The breakfast options were decent and the rooftop pool was a great way to cool off from the hot weather. The location was ideal for exploring the city and experiencing local culture. Plus, the bed was extremely comfortable and made for a good night's sleep.

The overall service was lacking in terms of attentiveness and friendliness. As a couple celebrating our anniversary, we expected a bit more special treatment from the staff, but they seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic.

The slippery floors in the renovated bathroom, which could be dangerous for guests. The coffee could also use some more flavor, as it lacked the usual Vietnamese flair.
